Position – Internal Customer Service Key Responsibilities Monitor complaint tickets and customer requests; Conduct handling and analysis of commercial and customer service KPIs; Create, monitor, and manage tickets in internal systems; Coordinate internally with operational departments to resolve requests; Prepare and submit periodic reports to customers and management; Support administrative and operational routines within the commercial department. Mandatory Requirements Prior experience in customer service or commercial roles; Experience in creating and monitoring tickets; Basic knowledge of performance indicator (KPI) analysis; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in working with processes and systems. Academic Qualifications Completed high school education (undergraduate studies in progress are considered an advantage).
