Every day, we strive to grow together, embrace an owner's mindset, and work with excellence. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Ensure administrative processes and routines within your portfolio are executed on time and with quality, including: * Preparing reports and spreadsheets to monitor portfolio delivery progress; completing and presenting KPIs relevant to your portfolio during operational meetings. * Registering and authorizing drivers, and managing loading/unloading operations at the Unit using the Unit’s internal systems and Galileu. * Performing billing activities, goods dispatch, issuing pallet invoices (NF), operational controls, etc. * All while ensuring agile and courteous treatment of partners. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, or related fields (mandatory). * Experience in administrative routines; * Knowledge of warehouse operations. * Office suite – Intermediate Excel. * Availability to work weekend shifts across shifts 1, 2, and 3. * Power BI knowledge is a plus
