If you enjoy a dynamic routine, material control, and process organization, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Picking materials for technicians and service orders * Verifying products prior to dispatch * Packaging and shipping orders (via postal service and freight carriers) * Supporting warehouse organization and cleaning * Labeling and storing goods * Verifying received goods * Assisting with physical inventory counts * Picking sales and marketplace orders * Entering data into the ERP system **Activities for Career Development** During the probationary period, the employee will be trained to take on responsibilities such as: * Entering incoming invoices into the system * Managing systemic inventory control * Conducting inventories and resolving discrepancies * Tracking materials assigned to technicians * Requesting purchases * Monitoring inventory KPIs **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Completed high school education * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a team * Agility and responsibility in meeting deadlines * Experience in inventory or logistics **Desirable (Preferred):** * ERP system knowledge * Basic Excel proficiency * Ability to memorize products, codes, and item locations within the warehouse. **Salary and Benefits** * Starting salary: **R$ 2.102,00** * **After 3–5 months: R$ 2.300,00 (promotion to Assistant role), based on performance, task progression, and mastery of warehouse routines.** * **Meal allowance: R$ 560,00** * **Transportation allowance: R$ 300,00** * Organized and collaborative work environment * Structured career development plan **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM, with a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break — standard business hours **Growth Opportunity** We seek a candidate who wishes to develop professionally and eventually assume full responsibility for inventory control, with a clear path for salary and role advancement aligned with performance and tenure.
