Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience; Preference for candidates residing nearby (Cajuru / São José dos Pinhais / Jardim das Américas / Uberaba / Guabirotuba / Boqueirão). Responsibilities: Greet and seat customers at their tables; demonstrate courtesy, politeness, patience, and attentiveness toward customers; always listen carefully to customers; serve customers at their tables, clarify doubts regarding the rodízio system, buffet offerings, and describe the composition of "appetizers", main dishes, desserts, appetizers, drinks in general, "couvert", etc.; set tables according to the restaurant's "mise en place" standards; organize support structures, prepare kits (napkins, cutlery, salt and pepper shakers, salt, toothpick holders, etc.), arrange and decorate tables, select and place tableware, restock "guerridóns" (sideboards) with tablecloths, napkins, plates, saucers, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, toothpick holders, salt and pepper shakers, salt cellars, etc.; stock dessert and beverage carts with fruits and utensils used in preparing "drinks", and replenish them as needed; circulate through the dining area with the beverage cart, offering and preparing the requested "drink" in the customer's presence, and providing service to their designated section.
