Job Summary: Professional responsible for cargo tracking, cargo monitoring, vehicle checklist completion, and constant communication with logistics to ensure safe transportation of goods. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the safety of transported cargo and monitor loading/unloading 2. Maintain constant contact with the Logistics Analyst and control tower 3. Teamwork and responsibility for transport documentation Position Responsibilities: * Keep the tracking department informed; * Monitor vehicle loading and unloading; * Perform daily vehicle checklist when transporting hazardous goods, and submit the completed form to the responsible department at the end of each week; * Report any vehicle irregularities observed to the Workshop Supervisor; * Monitor or perform cargo loading and unloading; * Ensure the safety of transported cargo; * Deliver goods, collect the invoice stub and second copy of the freight bill, and submit them to the supervisor; * Be responsible for transport-related documentation. * Maintain constant contact with the Logistics Analyst, reporting location and progress of loading/unloading operations. * Immediately notify the control tower in case of accidents, damages, or other non-conformities. * Teamwork.
