Assistance in organizing and securing cargo inside the vehicle We are looking for a **Driver's Assistant** to support loading, unloading, and organizing goods during deliveries. We seek someone committed, agile, and physically fit. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Experience as an assistant, loading/unloading helper, or similar role (preferred) * Good physical fitness for operational tasks * Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork * Availability to work on routes and travel as needed * Good communication skills for basic customer service during deliveries **Responsibilities:** * Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods * Verify products, quantities, and invoices upon request * Organize and secure cargo inside the vehicle according to safety guidelines * Accompany the driver on delivery routes * Assist in basic vehicle checks before and during trips (e.g., load restraints, cargo placement, locking mechanisms, etc.) * Ensure the safety of transported goods * Support maintaining internal vehicle cleanliness and organization * Represent the company professionally during deliveries **R$2.000,00 to R$2.300,00** * Food basket * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Company-provided transportation * Transportation allowance Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Profit-sharing program
