Your Mission Ensure transportation operation efficiency by guaranteeing on-time deliveries, service quality, and control of logistics costs through management of owned and third-party fleets, strategic route planning, and process improvement. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate drivers and assistants, ensuring compliance with routes, deadlines, and procedures; * Manage contracts and operations involving third-party drivers and transport companies; * Administer shift schedules, loading windows, and priorities in coordination with the warehouse and control tower; * Support route planning and load assembly with focus on productivity and reduced travel time; * **Manage preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance**, document control, checklists, and trip reports; * Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, cost per ton, returns, and redeliveries, driving improvement plans; * Analyze logistics incidents and drive continuous operational improvement; * **Conduct periodic meetings applying the FCA methodology**, reviewing facts, causes, and actions to improve results; * Ensure proper use of logistics systems (Winthor and Fusion) and compliance with safety and traffic regulations. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree; * Experience in transportation management, owned and third-party fleet management, cost centers, and KPIs; * Advanced Excel skills.
