Engage in customer relationship management and identify improvement opportunities We are looking for a professional with leadership qualities, strategic vision, and strong operational capabilities to coordinate a dedicated operation within a client site. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate dedicated transportation operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality customer service; * Manage operational teams, including drivers and administrative support staff; * Monitor performance, productivity, and service-level indicators; * Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and deadlines; * Directly manage customer relationships to ensure alignment and operational excellence; * Control shift scheduling, operational demands, and fleet support; * Monitor vehicle maintenance, checklists, and availability; * Identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement. ✅ **Requirements:** * Experience in transportation/logistics operations; * Experience in dedicated operations and on-site customer service; * Knowledge of team management and performance indicators; * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Familiarity with route planning, fleet management, and heavy vehicle maintenance is preferred; * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * Residency in Senador Canedo/GO **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in freight forwarding companies; * Knowledge of logistics management systems/TMS; * Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: B, A Personal Vehicle
