Training and Development Analyst

Description

Main responsibilities: * Prepare training schedules, training timetables, and invitations or summonses for trainees, sending materials to the respective company units or departments; * Organize training venues, preparing all necessary resources for instructors and trainees; * Prepare teaching materials, such as handouts, presentations, certificates, and attendance lists; * Sort and retrieve materials used in training sessions, as well as arrange snacks and coffee for participants; * Monitor trainee attendance in courses, making notes in dedicated records or using computer systems; * Maintain controls and databases regarding conducted activities and training sessions, updating employees' registration data related to training; * Register participants for external courses, handling logistics including dates, transportation, expenses, and providing necessary information to participants; * Keep training information and history up to date; * Deliver training sessions; * Other related duties; Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in training and development; * Knowledge of instructional techniques and facilitation methods for in-person training; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Collaborative mindset and ease working in teams; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
