Additionally, the professional will communicate with the Operational Control Center (OCC) to ensure smooth operations and highway safety. * Control and monitor vehicle flow on highways, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and maintaining safety; * Conduct vehicle inspections, verifying documentation, safety conditions, and compliance with traffic regulations; * Coordinate actions to reduce congestion by identifying critical points and implementing measures to optimize traffic flow; * Prevent and intervene in risky situations—such as accidents or adverse traffic conditions—to ensure road fluidity and safety; * Perform light towing operations, safely and efficiently removing immobilized or accident-involved vehicles in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures; * Maintain constant communication with the Operational Control Center (OCC), reporting traffic conditions, incidents, and support needs to ensure efficient coordination of rescue and road maintenance activities; * Monitor road and signage conditions, recording anomalies or maintenance requirements and coordinating actions with responsible teams; * Support emergency, security, and maintenance teams during highway accidents or emergency situations; * Prepare reports on traffic conditions, observed incidents, actions taken, and performed towing operations; * Collaborate with other agencies and teams—including highway police, security teams, and other service providers—to ensure smooth operations and driver safety; * Ensure communication equipment, tow trucks, and signage are always operating properly; * Perform other related duties at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; * Assist in animal removal along the inspected stretch, safeguarding user safety; * Perform other related duties at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources for job performance, in accordance with internal rules and procedures; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources for job performance, in accordance with internal rules and procedures; * At the start of each shift, inspect vehicle usability and functionality—including coolant, oil, tire condition, overall vehicle condition, and fuel—and report any deficiencies identified to the immediate supervisor, aiming to operate the vehicle in compliance with applicable rules, procedures, and guidelines; * Know and comply with policies, standards, procedures, or work instructions defined by Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety management systems, as applicable to the role and established by the company or current legislation. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completion of elementary education preferred; * Valid driver’s license category C or D. **Transportation benefit with departure points in Rondonópolis neighborhoods:** Jardim Maria Vetorasso, Verde Teto, Vila Goulart, Vila Boa Esperança, Vila Salmen, Jardim Morumbi, Vila Olinda, Jardim Belo Horizonte, Jardim Rui Barbosa, Jardim Residencial Mathias Neves, Vila Rica, Centro, and Vila Operária. **Additional information** Work location near Pedra Preta - MT; Work schedule: 2-days-on / 2-days-off rotation; Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed Nacional); Life insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Profit-sharing program (PLR). **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. Together, they control the concessionaires Way-112, Way-306 in Mato Grosso do Sul, Way-262 in Minas Gerais, Way-153 between Minas Gerais and Goiás, and Way-364 between Goiás and Mato Grosso. Way-153, located between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform co-owned with Itaú Bank, with expertise across multiple business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359—from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. holds the concession for MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 runs from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The BR-158 segment under concession extends from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment runs from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. holds the concession for BR-262, from km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—a total length of 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned segment lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – Concessionária Rota Sertaneja MG-GO is responsible for 530.60 kilometers of highways connecting Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned segment begins on BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) and extends to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG—from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG—from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to its junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). Cities traversed include: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way-364** – Concessionária da Rodovia BR-364 MT S.A., a Grupo Way Brasil company, assumed responsibility for 30 years for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway segments. This federal concession project spans Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including Rondonópolis/MT—a city located in the southeastern region of Mato Grosso State, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the state’s second-highest GDP. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—key routes transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned segment passes through nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
