Job Summary: The professional will manage driver and vehicle scheduling, provide customer and driver support, update data and generate reports, as well as monitor work shifts and absenteeism. Work shift and absenteeism monitoring and control Coordinate vehicle demand with the control room based on available vehicles and schedule drivers; provide customer support; provide driver support (in-person/WhatsApp); continuously update spreadsheets with required updates and report to customers; generate reports for updating departmental performance indicators; issue CT-e/Manifests; monitor driver absenteeism; track and control work shifts.
