Technology Recruitment Analyst The Human Resources department acts as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting the bank's growth through the attraction and selection of high-performing talent. We are seeking a Technology Recruitment Analyst responsible for managing end-to-end selection processes for technical positions and providing consultative support to engineering, data, and product teams. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions (software engineering, data, infrastructure, security, product, among others); * Develop talent attraction and market mapping strategies within the technology sector; * Provide consultative support to hiring managers, helping define candidate profiles and hiring strategies; * Conduct active sourcing on specialized platforms and technology communities; * Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical and behavioral competencies; * Manage the candidate pipeline and monitor selection process metrics; * Support continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment processes and candidate experience; * Collaborate on talent attraction projects, employer branding, and engagement with tech communities. **What we expect from you:** * Proven experience in technology recruitment; * Experience managing selection processes for technical positions (software engineering, data, infrastructure, or product); * Analytical, organized profile with strong execution capability; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills across various business areas; * Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Prior experience in recruitment within the financial sector or technology companies; * Familiarity with diverse technology stacks and engineering team structures; * Experience in active sourcing and market mapping for technical roles. **Benefits:** * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Meal and Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Childcare/Babysitter Allowance; * Transportation Voucher; * WellHub; * TotalPass; * Employee Assistance Program (EAP); * Voluntary benefit plans such as Private Pension and Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Discount; * Nutrition Program; * Pregnancy Program; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave – Certified Citizen Company
