Description

**Objective** Technically lead a back-end development team, serving as the architectural authority and driving force behind best practices and the evolution of scalable, high-performance distributed systems using Java, Kotlin, and modern technologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technically lead the team by defining architecture, standards, and development best practices. * Serve as the technical reference for Java and Kotlin, supporting resolution of complex problems and strategic decision-making. * Develop, test, and maintain robust applications in Kotlin. * Define architectures for new projects, ensuring scalability and performance. * Create Proofs of Concept (POCs) and evaluate solutions for performance optimization. * Analyze requirements and propose technically feasible and efficient solutions. * Actively participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to technical and quality standards. * Contribute to technical documentation and dissemination of development best practices. **Requirements** * Proficiency in Java and experience with Kotlin. * Frameworks: Micronaut (preferred), Quarkus, or Spring Boot. * Authentication/authorization: OAuth 2\.0, JWT. * Software architecture, API design, distributed systems. * Asynchronous programming (Virtual Threads, Kotlin Coroutines). * Unit testing (JUnit, TestNG) and integration testing (Cucumber, Karate, Robot, JBehave). * REST and gRPC APIs. * Kubernetes (EKS), deployments, and scaling. * Docker and containerization. * Experience with AWS or other cloud providers. * Relational database: MySQL. * Advanced Git usage.
