Work that values organization and communication **We are hiring: Support Assistant – Audio Segment** If you enjoy organization, like interacting with customers, and have interest (or experience) in **audio equipment**, this position may be right for you. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Managing product shipments and organizing delivery logistics * Managing and updating inventory records * Tracking shipments and verifying status with postal services * Performing product picking and dispatch * Maintaining communication with customers (order status, inquiries, support) * Preparing and sending quotations * Processing refund requests with the finance department * Supporting administrative tasks **Important Differentiator (our segment!):** You will have direct contact with **professional audio equipment**, and may also assist with basic questions related to audio products.
