Plan and control routes, loads, and deliveries, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and transportation regulations. Resolve operational conflicts and issues, acting as the interface between the team, customers, and suppliers. Control documentation and processes related to operations, ensuring compliance and proper record organization. Promote team training and capacity building, fostering a culture of safety and quality. Coordinate product delivery according to established deadlines. Coordinate product receipt, storage, and dispatch. Manage the logistics team, promoting training and professional development.
