Monitor logistics performance indicators **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the activities of driver and assistant teams. * Plan and monitor delivery and pickup routes. * Ensure compliance with transportation and distribution deadlines. * Control and monitor fleet utilization (owned or third-party vehicles). * Monitor operational logistics performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation legislation. * Monitor preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. * Support cargo verification, transportation documents, and delivery incidents. * Resolve operational issues occurring during routes. * Prepare operational reports and report results to management.
