Job Summary: Customer service, medication dispensing, and sales organization, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Well-organized customer service area and shelves * Customer Service: Greet customers courteously and helpfully, clarify questions, provide product information—including dosage, usage, and possible side effects. * Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescribed medications in compliance with pharmacy regulations and procedures. Ensure patients receive appropriate instructions for medication use. * Sales and Sales Recording: Sell over-the-counter products and accurately record transactions. Process payments in cash, credit card, or other payment methods accepted by the pharmacy. * Organization: Maintain an organized customer service area and shelves. Ensure hazardous products are stored properly and in accordance with safety standards. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Prior experience as a cashier and in customer service is preferred. * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule and flexible hours.
