Caring for the team, customers, and operations NIGHT STORE OPERATOR – WEST ZONE We have an opportunity for you to work at a 24-hour store that is a benchmark for customer service in the West Zone. We seek a trustworthy individual who can care for the team, customers, and operations—keeping everything running smoothly while the owners rest. **JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES** As a Store Operator, your main responsibilities will include: * Ensuring smooth store operations during your shift; * Performing daily tasks (cashier duties, restocking, organization); * Keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and secure; * Resolving unexpected issues independently and responsibly; * Conducting cash closing and shift reporting. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Retail experience, preferably in grocery or supermarket settings; * Prior team leadership or being a go-to person for teams is a plus; * Strong interpersonal skills, organized and responsible; * Willingness and agility without losing patience; * Residing in Recreio or very nearby (due to shift timing).
