We have an opportunity for you to take leadership of the night shift at a 24-hour store that is a regional benchmark for customer service in Recreio. We seek a trustworthy individual who knows how to care for the team, customers, and operations—keeping everything running smoothly while the owners rest. **JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Night Store Operator: Your main responsibilities will include: * Ensuring smooth store operations during the night shift; * Leading the team and assisting with daily tasks (cashier duties, restocking, organization); * Keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and secure; * Resolving unexpected issues independently and responsibly; * Performing cash closing and shift reporting. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Retail experience, preferably in grocery or supermarket settings; * Prior experience leading teams or serving as a team reference is a plus; * Ability to interact effectively with people, strong organizational skills, and sense of responsibility; * Willingness and agility, without losing patience; * Residence in Recreio or very nearby (due to shift timing). JOB DETAILS * Salary: BRL 1,700.00 + 20% night shift allowance + cash handling allowance * Transportation allowance (round-trip) * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off per week + 1 Sunday per month Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
