We seek a trustworthy individual who knows how to care for the team, customers, and operations—keeping everything running smoothly while the owners rest. **JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES** As a Night Store Operator, your main responsibilities will include: * Ensuring smooth store operations during the night shift; * Leading the team and assisting with daily tasks (cashier duties, restocking, organization); * Keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and secure; * Handling unexpected situations independently and responsibly; * Performing cash closing and shift reporting. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Retail experience, preferably in grocery stores or supermarkets; * Prior team leadership or being a team reference is a plus; * Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility; * Willingness and agility without losing patience; * Residing in Recreio or very nearby (due to shift timing).
