**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a cashier and familiarity with the Linx system will be considered a plus. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A typical day of a Store Attendant:** * Opens and closes the cash register quickly and efficiently. * Understands their cash discrepancies and handles them appropriately. * Identifies common pricing errors processed at their register and supports the team leader and colleagues in reducing such errors. * Informs customers about financing options, promotes, and sells the Celebre Card. * Executes initiatives to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. * Manages CRMs and collaborates with Commerce and Supply Chain departments to resolve customer requests. * Pays close attention to customer observations and feedback, aiming to gather and relay information for improving service, product offerings, and overall quality. * Conducts customer surveys during their checkout process. * Supports the Commerce department in recovering quotations. * Processes returned products by sorting and identifying them. * Maintains cleanliness and organization of their workstation.
