Description

Execution and creation, configuration and maintenance of route maps and geofences in tracking systems, as well as dispatching routes to drivers, ensuring adherence to defined routes, deviation control, monitoring of restricted areas, and compliance with operational safety requirements; Conduct unannounced evaluations and observations (via cameras) to prevent accidents during Pre\-trip, Driving, Loading, and Unloading activities; Provide feedback, safety reorientations, and apply disciplinary measures for safety violations identified during Pre\-trip, Driving, Loading, and Unloading activities; Daily check of onboard vehicle camera functionality; Request service orders for camera maintenance, installation, and uninstallation; Continuously monitor operational changes and updates to instructions to ensure continuous improvement in operational safety; Investigate images related to theft, robbery, and accidents involving vehicles monitored by cameras, forwarding findings to the requesting department; Support fulfillment of external customer requirements by guiding on various questions to ensure full compliance with customers' transportation manuals.
