Our entire technological ecosystem is developed internally: * Proprietary fleet management, maintenance, and customer support systems; * 100% cloud-native architecture from day one, focused on best practices and modern technologies. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, build, operate, and support highly available, fault-tolerant, observable, high-performance, secure, and scalable platform tools, systems, and infrastructure within a cloud-based environment; * Configure and maintain new build and CI/CD tools, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) implementations, and engineering productivity tools; * Ensure security compliance in production environments; * Create and maintain an infrastructure backlog that increases team productivity and guarantees service scalability; * Monitor infrastructure costs and propose cost-reduction initiatives; * Provide first-line engineering support for issues related to product deployment, availability, and internal operations; * Configure and maintain infrastructure and product reliability monitoring and alerting; * Collaborate with engineers to understand build pipelines and tooling requirements; * Apply a data-driven approach to evaluate new infrastructures (off-the-shelf, in-house, or hybrid). ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Cloud experience: **GCP, Azure, and AWS** (primarily GCP); * Technical experience with the **CI/CD** ecosystem and its services (**GitHub Actions** and **Argo CD**); * Knowledge of **microservice orchestration and containerization**; * Experience with managed **Kubernetes (k8s) – GKE**: Kubernetes architecture, HPA, deployments, services, ingress controller, ConfigMaps, Secrets, etc.; * Knowledge of networking and related technologies such as: **Nginx, Ingress, CloudFlare, DNS, SSL, Load Balancers, VPNs, APNs**, etc.; * Experience with **Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)** using **Terraform** (or similar); * Knowledge of developing **automations** for tool creation; * Hands-on experience with development tools: **Git, code review, pull requests, CI/CD**; * Experience with **monitoring and observability tools**: **Loki Stack (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana)** and **Datadog.**
