Our entire technological ecosystem is developed in-house: * Proprietary fleet management, maintenance, and customer support systems; * Cloud-native architecture from day one, emphasizing best practices and modern technologies. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications. * Evaluate and propose native solutions for Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective\-C) when required. * Participate in designing and evolving software architecture to ensure modularity and scalability. * Elevate the team’s proficiency in CI/CD and observability practices. * Serve as a technical reference, supporting colleagues with challenges and critical decisions. * Contribute to the long-term vision of the **platform project**. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **8+ years** of programming experience. * **3+ years** of hands-on experience with Flutter. * Experience in **mobile software architecture**. * Experience with **CI/CD** and release automation tools. * Familiarity with **observability and monitoring** (Crashlytics, Datadog, Instabug, Grafana, etc.). * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset ### **Nice-to-Haves** * Proven experience with native languages (Kotlin/Swift). * Participation in a **Server\-Driven UI (SDU)** project. * Experience using **GetX** for state management. * Experience with **NestJS** on the backend. * **Fluent English** for collaboration in global contexts
