Clarification of doubts with the pharmacist One of the most traditional compounding pharmacies in the ABC Paulista region is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service (in-person counter and WhatsApp); * Quoting orders in the Fórmula Certa system; * Supporting and controlling the cash bag in the customer service department; * Clarifying doubts with the pharmacist; * Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries; * Ensuring continuous flow of prescriptions into production. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Currently enrolled in a Pharmacy Technician program or a Pharmacy degree program; * Preferred: 1 year of experience in compounding pharmacy customer service; * Attention to detail and sense of urgency; * Responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction; * Availability to work during standard business hours; * Residence with easy access to the city center of São Bernardo do Campo\-SP \* * **We want to get to know you and your experiences.** Compensation: R$1\.612,00 \- R$2\.012,00 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
