We are seeking a **Senior Technical Support Instructor** to join the **EAB team** in **Barra Bonita, SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:** On a daily basis, you will be responsible for: * Planning, scheduling, and delivering practical and theoretical training for agricultural operational teams (operators and truck drivers, transfer tractor drivers, flatbed truck drivers, crane truck drivers, tanker truck drivers, motor grader operators, wheel loader operators, hydraulic excavator operators, and backhoe operators); * Evaluating the effectiveness of delivered training, ensuring participant progress and development; * Monitoring field operations, providing support and guidance to promote safety, efficiency, and best practices; * Analyzing BI indicators, converting data into actionable results, and proposing improvements; * Directly managing operational and equipment indicators related to safety, performance, quality, and costs; * Complying with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards; * Performing other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Technical education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license categories C, D, or E; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts; * Strong communication skills and willingness to monitor field activities; * Prior experience as a trainer or training multiplier is desirable. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview—a conversational interview to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
