




Job Summary: This professional will support the SMB Risk PMO, leading the execution of system and process changes to support the risk, efficiency, and automation strategy. Key Highlights: 1. This position works in partnership with Risk Strategy, Operational teams, Business Analysts, and BRMS, ensuring work is well-defined, prioritized, and delivered with discipline and transparency. It is a hands-on role involving direct engagement in requirements, technical discussions, and delivery coordination within a structured PMO framework. * **Project Delivery and Execution** * End-to-end management of delivery for risk-related system changes and initiatives. * Own project planning, schedules, dependencies, risks, and status reporting. * Closely coordinate with BRMS and internal stakeholders to maintain workflow continuity. * Ensure incoming deliverables are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for execution. * Technical and Requirements Support * Partner with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements. * Participate in technical discussions to clarify scope, assumptions, and acceptance criteria. * Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks early in the delivery cycle. * Process and PMO Support * Follow and reinforce PMO intake, prioritization, and governance processes. * Maintain delivery boards, priority lists, and artifacts in Asana or similar tools. * Support continuous improvement of PMO delivery processes and standards. * Testing and Release Readiness * Support test readiness by ensuring alignment among requirements, data needs, and timelines. * Coordinate UAT and deployment readiness with Business and BRMS teams. * Ensure changes are released with clear communication and operational awareness. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. Postgraduate studies are a plus. * Experience managing projects in technical or systems-oriented environments. * Solid understanding of project management frameworks and delivery fundamentals. * Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. * Process mapping skills, including current and future state analysis. * Comfort working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. * Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and automation approaches. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
