This professional will play a strategic role in private personal security, ensuring the physical integrity of the protected individual and strict adherence to operational protocols. **Position:** Security Agent | VSPP **Employment Type:** INTERMITTENT **Shift Schedule:** 12x36 **Work Location:** Barra da Tijuca **Salary:** R$ 2.302,82 **Benefits:** Meal Voucher + Transportation Voucher / Food Voucher (R$ 25.00 per workday) **Responsibilities:** The Security Agent will be responsible for safeguarding the individuals under their protection by implementing preventive measures against potential threats, as well as preserving assets in accordance with specific post regulations. Absolute confidentiality must be maintained regarding information related to the protected person, their family, activities, routines, and belongings. Additionally, the agent will apply private personal security techniques and tactics, including vehicle transportation, access control to restricted areas, patrols, inspection of people, cargo, and assets, reception and identification of individuals, and continuous observation of suspicious behavior. In emergency situations, the agent must provide basic first aid assistance and initial fire response, as well as lawfully employ progressive and proportionate use of force in compliance with current legislation. The agent may also manage teams, operate vehicles, and strategically prevent risks. **Requirements:** * High school diploma preferred; * Valid Security Guard Training Certificate; * **Private Personal Security (VSPP) Extension Course;** * Valid driver's license preferred; * Minimum 1 year of experience as a security guard, security agent, military service, or related security and access control activities. **Skills and Competencies:** Constant attention, emotional control, professional demeanor, courteous customer service, teamwork ability, leadership, discretion, decision-making capability, good physical condition, and skill in handling adverse situations with balance and effectiveness. **Vigban** offers a structured professional environment, operational support, training programs, and opportunities for career development in specialized security.
