If you are strategic and focused on ensuring daily process efficiency—from merchandise receiving to the final customer experience at the point of sale—this position may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Team Management: Lead, train, and scale employees across various departments, including grocery, perishables, and checkout. * Loss and Inventory Control: Manage inventories, monitor product turnover, and implement routines to reduce losses—especially for perishable items. * Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is fully stocked, well-organized, and strictly complies with sanitary surveillance and food safety regulations. * KPI Analysis: Monitor revenue targets, profit margin, average transaction value, and sector-specific productivity. * Act as unit representative in the absence of the General Manager. **Working Hours:** Must have flexible availability. 6x1 rotating schedule (fixed weekly day off; every third Sunday off after working two consecutive Sundays). Location(s): ABCDMR Region (São Bernardo do Campo, Santo André, São Caetano do Sul, Diadema, Mauá, Ribeirão Pires). **Requirements:** Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; Prior experience in this role and knowledge of the departments mentioned is mandatory.
