Routing Analyst (CD/SP)

Job Summary: Routing Analyst responsible for planning, optimizing, and monitoring delivery routes across multiple distribution channels, collaborating with teams to ensure efficiency. Use of routing software and data analytics for continuous improvement **Job Description:** * Plan, create, and optimize delivery routes, considering the specific requirements of each distribution channel (e.g., wholesale retailers, supermarkets, distributors, hospitals, small retailers, etc.) and customer; * Monitor and analyze route performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, shorter delivery times, and increased delivery productivity; * Implement corrective actions on routes based on driver/customer feedback and ongoing monitoring; * Collaborate closely with operations, inventory, monitoring, sales, and customer service teams to ensure delivery quality and timeliness; * Use routing software to develop and maintain the most efficient routes; * Analyze data and generate performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to leadership; * Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging routing technologies. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 (one) year of proven experience as a Routing Analyst. * Technical education or currently pursuing a technology-focused undergraduate degree or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Exact Sciences, Business Administration, or Engineering. * Experience routing customers with diverse profiles, including large retailers, wholesale retailers, distributors, and small retailers. * Proficiency in routing software (e.g., Multiembarcador, Roadnet, Route4me, etc.). * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and development/maintenance of performance indicators (KPIs). * Preferred: Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. * Strong analytical capability and ability to work with large volumes of data. * Communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities. * Proactivity and ability to solve problems independently. **What We Offer:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Frimesa Christmas Basket * Birthday Gift * Labor Day Gift. **Work Location:** * CD/Frimesa \- 100% On-site \- Av.
