Logistics performance management and monitoring Operational Analyst Description: The Route Programming Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the company’s operational processes and routes to improve efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities: * Plan, schedule, and adjust daily routes according to operational demand * Optimize itineraries to reduce costs and travel time * Assign vehicles and drivers based on availability and operational profile * Monitor adherence to delivery deadlines and SLAs * Monitor route performance in real time * Analyze operational metrics (distance traveled, productivity, waiting time, etc.) * Perform rescheduling in case of unforeseen events * Support incident management and operational issue resolution * Ensure optimal fleet utilization * Maintain control systems and spreadsheets * Maintain direct contact with drivers, customers, and internal teams * Propose continuous improvements to routing processes * Support preparation of managerial reports Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Experience in transportation and logistics is a plus * Knowledge of routing and tracking systems is a plus
