Organization and registration of batches for resale of Outlet/Sale products **Job Summary:** We are seeking a meticulous and agile professional to manage our returns department. The professional will be responsible for physically receiving returned goods, performing technical inspection (quality control), determining the disposition of each product, and organizing the creation of batches for resale of \\"secondary-line\\" (Outlet/Sale) products. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Receiving and Verification:** Physically receive returns (via postal service/courier companies) and verify whether the product matches the return invoice. * **Inspection and Classification (Core Responsibility):** Assess the physical and functional condition of each returned item to classify it as: + **Fit for Regular Sale:** Intact product, returned to main inventory. + **Secondary Line (Outlet):** Product with minor cosmetic damage or damaged packaging, but fully functional. + **Disposal/Scrap:** Unusable product. * **Batch Assembly:** Organize and register secondary-line products into commercial batches for targeted resale. * **System Operations:** Process returns in the system (ERP) to release customer credit/refund and update inventory. * **Damage Control:** Maintain an organized department by physically segregating waste from sellable items. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience in verification, quality control, or reverse logistics; * **Critical Thinking:** Ability to assess whether a product is fit for use; * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge (to compile secondary-line batch lists); * Organizational skills and agility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in e-commerce (exchanges and returns); * Technical knowledge of the company’s products (helps distinguish defects from misuse); * Experience with ERP systems.
