Description

Your main responsibilities will be: · Greet and welcome customers in a polite and attentive manner; · Provide direct customer service with friendliness, attention, and efficiency; · Record customer orders and requests, and ensure accurate delivery of products; · Assemble desserts and prepare beverages according to customer requests; · Handle, verify, and dispatch delivery orders; · Operate the cash register, processing payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods; · Restock and organize shelves, refrigerators, and display units; · Check product expiration dates and quality, keeping the dining area always tidy; · Assist in receiving and storing goods; · Remove dishes after customers finish eating and clean tables; · Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive environment; · Clarify customer questions regarding the menu and products, and resolve their requests; · Follow company-established hygiene, safety, and service standards; · Report any non-standard incidents to your immediate supervisor; · Assist with other dining area tasks as needed.
