Dynamic profile and strong communication skills MONITORING OPERATOR \- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ONLY Location: MUST RESIDE IN THE NORTH ZONE Shifts: 12X36 NIGHT SHIFT Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Requirements: Dynamic profile, excellence in customer service and condominium security, familiarity with the GEAR customer service system or similar systems, and CCTV monitoring systems * Minimum 1 year of experience in remote monitoring and concierge services; * Knowledge of the GEAR system; * Availability for required working hours; * Strong communication skills; * Teamwork orientation.
