* Position: Quality Inspector * Salary: R$2.400,78 * Location: Emiliano Perneta, Pinhais/PR * Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 17:00, Friday 07:00 to 16:00 * Employment type: CLT / Permanent Requirements: * Required: Completed High School / Vocational Training in Quality/Mechanics/Production * Preferred: Knowledge of Drawing Interpretation and Measuring Instruments Benefits: * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance R$ 360.00 * On-site lunch provided * Life insurance – no employee deduction. * MedMe – Nissei Pharmacy discount. * Health care services * Medication purchase subsidy * Dental plan Responsibilities: · Inspect finished or in-process products, parts, assemblies, and other components, verifying dimensions, functionality, and other characteristics using measuring instruments, templates, and other methods to ensure compliance with technical, functional, and aesthetic standards. · Authority to approve product quality release. · Report inspection results to management to develop preventive and corrective action plans. · Read diagrams and instructions to understand quality expectations for the product. · Approve or reject raw materials according to quality standards and record supplier performance. · Select production samples and verify them using appropriate methods. · Maintain test records, data, and various metrics, such as number of defective products, etc. · Prepare and submit reports to the Quality Manager. · Monitor equipment usage to ensure proper maintenance and discard any equipment failing to meet requirements.
