CNC Programmer - 2nd Shift

Description

We are looking for a **CNC Programmer** to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Develop machining programs for parts on the **CNC Lathe**, in accordance with engineering department project specifications, to program the machine for cutting; * Monitor part machining and correct the program when necessary, using software features and devices to avoid raw material waste and rework; * Analyze drawings prepared by the Engineering department, verifying whether any obstacles exist in the drawing or on the machine that would prevent part manufacturing, with the purpose of reporting the issue or difficulty to the supervisor and minimizing the risk of rework and scrap. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Technical course in Machining Center Programming, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields is desirable; * Availability to work the 2nd shift (from 2:20 PM to 10:35 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 11:40 AM to 5:20 PM on Saturdays). **Are you interested?
