This Production Assistant position is for you. You will work in an organized industrial environment with clearly defined processes and a strong focus on quality, ensuring each product reaches the end customer in perfect condition. Your role will be essential in keeping production and shipping operations running smoothly and without interruption. * Organize and control inventory: receipts, shipments, and periodic audits. * Record physical and system-based movements, including Production Orders. * Perform laser engraving, ultrasonic cleaning, and finishing of parts. * Inspect, package, seal, label, and verify product expiration dates and compliance. * Pick orders for shipment and support receiving parts from production. * Coordinate with freight carriers, postal services, and provide financial support when required. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workplace. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in production, logistics, or inventory (even brief). * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Dedication, punctuality, and responsibility. * Strong communication skills and daily organizational ability. * Proactivity to support various stages of the production process. * Availability for on-site work in an industrial environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing both physical and system-based inventory. * Experience with part finishing (cleaning, sanding, polishing). * Prior exposure to shipping, freight carriers, or postal services. * Familiarity with good quality and occupational safety practices.
