Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst to join our Operational Efficiency team, focusing on process mapping and improvement, automation, operational innovation, and data-driven culture for strategic decision-making. We are looking for a **Process Analyst** with experience for our **Operational Efficiency** department. About the Operational Efficiency Department: Responsible for mapping and improving processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Drives automation and operational innovation, while fostering a data-driven culture and performance indicators for strategic decision-making. Learn more about Gaudium and Machine at: https://gaudium.global/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct comprehensive process mappings and diagnostics, clearly identifying improvement opportunities and recommended actions. * Optimize internal processes to drive efficiency gains, standardization, and greater visibility across involved departments. * Develop and maintain updated, functional dashboards with actionable metrics to support leaders in performance management. * Implement automations that reduce manual tasks and increase data reliability and consistency. * Encourage departmental engagement in using process management tools and workflow systems. * Propose and implement technological solutions to enhance operational maturity and foster innovation in internal processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in process mapping and implementing measurable process improvements; * Experience in process automation, including triggers, workflows, and system integrations; * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies; * Familiarity with process modeling tools; * Analytical mindset with strong data orientation; * Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar); * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; * Strong communication skills and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in technology companies or dynamic environments; * Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, VBA, or similar). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * 100% remote work; * CLT salary (**BRL 4,384.73**) * Health insurance \- SulAmérica (provided by the company at no cost to the employee; dependent coverage incurs an additional fee per dependent); * Dental insurance \- Bradesco Saúde (optional, fully employee-funded); * SESC membership; * Life insurance; * Daily meal allowance of BRL 43.72 (Flash Benefits card); * Remote work allowance of BRL 131.16; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Time off: One day off during your birthday month; Carnival and Ash Wednesday; December 24 and 31. * A challenging environment that fosters rapid growth and development. **Company Values:** * Teamwork (we encourage collaboration); * Honesty and transparency (we value ethical, trustworthy, and sincere behavior — we speak the truth and share information openly); * Excellence (we focus on continuous improvement and always strive for advancement); * Agility and results (we solve real problems, seek to simplify solutions with speed and quality); * Challenge (we value those who embrace challenges and step outside their comfort zones).
