Job Summary: Logistics Analyst with experience in road transportation, less-than-truckload (LTL) cargo distribution, and team management, responsible for planning, route optimization, and delivery monitoring. Knowledge of TMS and delivery tracking **Experience:** 1 year in less-than-truckload (LTL) cargo distribution Completed high school education Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Business Processes / Administration **Knowledge:** Road-based TMS **Working Hours:** 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Logistics analyst with experience in road transportation; * Less-than-truckload (LTL) cargo distribution; * Leadership and team management; * Planning and route optimization for pickups and deliveries; * Knowledge of TMS; * Hiring of third-party contractors and independent drivers; * Issuance of freight manifests; * Issuance of electronic bills of lading; * Delivery tracking and monitoring via mobile app; * Responsible for warehouse organization, sorting, and inventory; * Support for drivers; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
