This is HELPFUL Agency contacting you regarding the following open position—would you be interested? **\*PICKER/CHECKER \*** Salary: R$ 2\.100,00 Benefits: VR R$ 23.00 per working day \+ VT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM Work Location: Itupeva \- São Paulo \*Requirements:\* Pick orders according to the delivery note, WMS handheld scanner, or ERP system; Ensure accuracy during item collection (SKU, batch number, expiry date, quantity); Meet productivity targets and operational SLAs; Maintain organization and standardization in picking areas. Verify incoming and outgoing goods (quantitative and qualitative); Validate invoices, orders, and transportation documentation; Identify discrepancies and immediately report them to supervisors; Support periodic and general inventory counts. \*Responsibilities:\* Engagement with operational targets (OTIF, accuracy, productivity); Proactive identification and resolution of issues; Willingness to support extraordinary tasks. Attention to detail to minimize picking and verification errors; Adherence to standardized processes; Workplace organization and cleanliness (5S). Clear communication with fellow pickers/checkers, team leaders, and drivers; Collaboration with other departments (shipping, receiving, transportation); Respect for hierarchy and alignment with leadership.
