Responsibilities: Logistics control of administrative logistics routines Administration and organization of transportation documentation Analysis and control of operational performance, with focus on productivity and efficiency Monitoring of delivery statuses, ensuring compliance with deadlines Fleet control, vehicle management, and driver dispatching Requirements: Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution Attention to detail, especially in critical and behavioral analyses Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, tables, reports) Organizational skills, clear communication, and sense of urgency Residence in Pouso Alegre/MG and surrounding areas. Availability to work from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM, Monday to Saturday Preferred Qualifications: Experience in e\-commerce transportation and operations; Experience with major marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Livre, Amazon, etc.); Knowledge of real-time tracking and monitoring tools; Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA).
