Plan and control routes, loads, and deliveries, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and transportation regulations. Resolve operational conflicts and issues, acting as the interface between the team, customers, and suppliers. Control documentation and operational processes, ensuring record compliance and organization. Conduct training and capacity-building activities for the team, fostering a culture of safety and quality. Coordinate product delivery according to established deadlines. Coordinate product receiving, warehousing, and shipping. Manage the logistics team, promoting training and professional development.
