Operational Leader Position Description: We are seeking a professional to serve as an Operational Leader in our company. Responsibilities: * Coordinate Operational Driver teams in vehicle parking (maneuvering) * Ensure efficiency and quality of operational processes Monitor workflow and demand, shifts, and rotations. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize results * Monitor and analyze performance indicators * Manage personnel, fostering team development Requirements: * Prior experience as a Driver Leader (must hold CNH category D or E license) * Leadership and team management skills * Knowledge of process management tools * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Flexible availability
