Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Operational Assistant III with a critical mindset to manage and execute logistics operations, focusing on growth within a dynamic environment. We are looking for an **Operational Assistant III** who will serve as the right hand of our management team — someone with a critical mindset, abundant proactivity, and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * Perform administrative tasks for logistics operations, including document control and verification, and issuance of transportation documents (CT\-e, MDF\-e, CIOT, NF\-e, and pickup receipts). * Assist in planning and executing logistics operations, contributing to route optimization and defining optimal cargo movement strategies. * Actively participate in planning and executing operations, assisting in route optimization and defining optimal cargo movement strategies. * Monitor and verify trip reports, validating expenses, delivery confirmations, and driver and carrier performance. * Serve as the communication link with the Customer Service (SAC) department, providing support, clarifying inquiries, sharing cargo status updates, and ensuring strong relationships with customers and partners. * Perform document control and provide support for administrative routines of logistics operations. * Execute support activities for other company departments, contributing to smooth operational execution.
