




**Responsibilities:** * Receive additional requests and schedule necessary vehicles to serve customers; * Enter shipments into the Scheduling Dashboard and issue Collection Orders (OCTs); * Provide scheduling information to customers and drivers; * Monitor deliveries, collections, and trips; * Update collection and delivery statuses in the system (Collection Tracking); * Generate collection routes via the system; * Enter tracking data for KPI and report generation; * Comply with and uphold Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental standards; * Approve freight receipts according to the current carrier freight rate table, when required; * Sign Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, where applicable; * Guide and instruct drivers; * Define cargo distribution and prioritize critical shipments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in logistics and/or transportation is desirable. **Work Location:** Cargolift Logística – Osasco/SP **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:48 PM **or** * Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:45 AM **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher – BRL 770.00 (Sodexo card); AMIL health insurance plan with co-payment (effective after 90 days), extended to dependents; AMIL dental insurance; Life insurance; Transportation voucher; Semi-annual Profit Sharing (PLR) based on corporate and individual goals.
