Accompanies the driver during deliveries and pickups. **Description** Loads and unloads goods onto and from transport vehicles. Moves and organizes cargo inside the vehicle. Assists in identifying and sorting goods according to invoices, manifests, or service orders. Accompanies the driver during external deliveries and pickups, ensuring correct receipt or delivery. **Responsibilities** * Loads and unloads goods onto and from transport vehicles. * Removes or positions cargo manually or with the aid of equipment (e.g., pallet jack); * Ensures proper handling of goods to prevent damage; * Places items at the correct delivery or pickup location as directed by supervision. * Moves and organizes cargo inside the vehicle. * Distributes cargo safely and efficiently within the cargo compartment; * Organizes cargo by route order or delivery priority, per logistical planning; * Secures and fastens cargo, when necessary, using straps or other safety devices; * Ensures cargo stability during transit, complying with transportation regulations. * Assists in identifying and sorting goods according to invoices, manifests, or service orders. * Sorts items by customer, destination, or product type to facilitate delivery or pickup; * Identifies cargo with discrepancies or missing documentation and reports to supervision. * Accompanies the driver during external deliveries and pickups, ensuring correct receipt or delivery. * Assists in unloading products at the customer’s location or pickup point; * Delivers items to the designated location, verifying against transport documents; * Collects signatures on delivery receipts or proof-of-delivery documents; * Guides customers on cargo verification, when necessary.
