Scheduling pickups and deliveries at various terminals **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * Enter vehicle schedules into the Rodopar system; * Issue Transportation Service Orders; * Issue Road Transport Bills of Lading (CTR); * Issue Service Invoices; * Issue Transportation Manifests; * Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp; * Support traffic operations by assisting in vehicle and driver scheduling; * Provide support to drivers; * Record import and export operations in status spreadsheets; * Maintain constant contact with the operations department; * Support supervision; * Contact GRIS for SM release and alignment of risk rules; * Request cargo release from airport terminals (Import and Export); * Schedule pickups and deliveries at customers, airport terminals, and EADI-S. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in a freight forwarding company; * Experience with the **Rodopar system**; * Currently pursuing a **bachelor’s degree**.
