Welcome to **Armazém da Cerveja**! We are a retail chain specializing in beverages, with over 20 years of tradition and more than 30 stores across the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. We are seeking a **Nighttime Store Assistant** to join our team, ensuring fast, courteous service and a positive experience for our customers. **Main responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers, providing information about products and services. * Organize and restock merchandise on shelves, ensuring orderly inventory management. * Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. * Stay updated on store products and promotions. **Work schedule:** * Tuesday to Sunday: 1:50 PM to 10:10 PM * 1-hour break * Fixed day off on Mondays + 1 Sunday per month **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork orientation. * Proactive attitude with a customer service focus. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in customer service, shelf stocking, or retail; * Background in the beverage industry is a plus. **Compensation and benefits:** * Fixed salary; * Variable compensation; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Birthday Day Off, per company internal policies.
