Focused on efficiency and safety, it provides customized services to meet its customers' needs. **Responsibilities:** Operate real-time monitoring systems and tools for fleets, cargo, or facilities. Perform vehicle and operational tracking using GPS tracking and CCTV systems. Communicate with drivers and field teams to provide operational support and resolve incidents. Record and report events, anomalies, or operational deviations detected during monitoring. Support the control center in logistics and asset security activities. Maintain sustained attention throughout the shift to quickly identify critical situations.
