Single point of contact among the company, customers, and delivery team **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Real-time monitoring of deliveries and vehicles, ensuring status tracking and deviation identification. Rapid response to incidents, implementing corrective actions and escalating critical situations when necessary. Operational support to drivers, ensuring efficiency, punctuality, and agile communication. Single point of contact among the company, customers, carriers, and delivery team to resolve inquiries, unforeseen events, and incidents. End-to-end delivery cycle follow-up **Desired Education and Experience:** Completed high school and/or currently enrolled in or graduated from a college program in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or related fields Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Information:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and agility in decision-making. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, either 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Compensation: R$1.600,00 - R$1.621,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
